One Great Hour of Sharing

SUNDAY, MARCH 16

“I have given them the glory that you gave me, that they may be one as we are one—I in them and you in me—so that they may be brought to complete unity. Then the world will know that you sent me and have loved them even as you have loved me”
(John 17:22-24).

For almost seven decades, the eight denominations that participate in One Great Hour of Sharing have made a difference in the lives of people and communities around the world.

Gifts given through this special offering empower ministries like the Church of the Brethren’s Global Mission and Service, Brethren Disaster Ministries, Brethren Volunteer Service, workcamps, the Global Food Crisis Fund, and many others.

United in Christ, volunteers and donors like you build connections and tear down walls by bringing the Christ light to all those you serve. Each resource shared answers God’s call to love our neighbors—near and far—because in Christ Jesus, we are one family.

As the Church, one body in Christ, our call is to carry on in Jesus’ name. For as long as one sister or brother is in need, we are all in need.
